Swimming Lessons for a Little Girl

Swim lessons, summer clothing and bike for little girl in a temporary living situation while mom is in treatment until this fall. The little girl is living with a family who is very active during the summer but the little girl doesn’t know how to swim so the family would like to put her in swim lessons so she can come along to every activity this summer and do them safely. She also came with no clothing, so gift cards to target or kohls would be greatly appreciated. Swim lessons are around $70 a month and they are hoping to put her in them until August. Ask: $450 ( swim lessons $350, $100 for clothes)

Family w/ 6 Children in Need

I’m a case manager who works with a 66-year-old woman in Shakopee who has type 2 diabetes and coronary artery disease. She has recently been having increasingly debilitating health issues and instability. This woman lives with her daughter and her daughter’s 6 grandchildren. Her daughter recently had to quit her full-time job to provide the necessary care and supervision for my client, which has caused financial strain on the family. This has made it difficult for them to afford their rent and continue to have food on the table. Both my client and her daughter do not understand or speak much English and their primary language is Cambodian. Her and her family need support at this time of hardship, given the daughter’s inability to work and provide financial support for her family. They are looking for financial help through gift cards to help face the current financial strain they are facing. Please consider donating gift cards to any Cambodian grocery store near Savage/Shakopee, Target, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, or Holiday gas station in $20 increments to help them continue to afford rent and cost of living during this difficult time.

Family in Need of Grocery/Gas Gift Cards

I’m a case manager who works with an 18-year-old young man living in Jordan Minnesota. He was born with a very rare condition called Vacteryl Syndrome and Ventricular Septal Defect. My client fully relies on his whole family for support, which is why he is still living at home and they help care for his needs. He just graduated from high school and is now attending Normandale Community College. He was able to get this far with the support of his mother and five siblings. This young man’s father is also supportive, but had a stroke a few months ago and is out of work at this time. His family now needs support because their water heater is broken and needs to be replaced. This is a very big cost for this family of 8 to cover. They are looking for financial help through gift cards to help offset the cost of paying for this. Please consider donating gift cards to Target, Hy-Vee, Cub Foods, and Holiday gas station in $20 increments to help them offset the costs during this difficult time. Thanks!
