Help Now | Premature Baby Clothes NeededI am working with a family that recently had a sweet little baby boy 5 weeks early. He was in the hospital for an extended time but thankfully is now home and doing well. The family didn't expect him to be so little and could use some preemie sized clothing. They could also use some newborn sized clothing for when he grows. Family is open to new or gently used items in good condition or gift cards to Target or Walmart. They would be so grateful for any help with this need!Submitted by: Scott County | Shakopee | No | 12/12/2024 | ActiveFulfilledOffers

Help Now | help supporting a family in needA mother and father are very accepting of help in individual therapy to address chemical health, mental health, and domestic violence. The father recently sustained an injury at work and then was laid off. He is very actively looking for a job however without a paycheck at the moment. Any money is going towards rent. The parents see incredible value in attending therapy and have seen a positive impact on their relationship and their children. We are hoping for someone to help them with co pays for a month until a budget can be figured out to allow the family to continue to go.Submitted by: Scott County | Savage | No | 11/30/2024 | Active
Help Now | Rental AssistanceThis client has been experiencing homelessness for a very significant amount of time. She has been able to mitigate barriers that were keeping her from housing, apply for and was approved for a unit. She has been receiving service support and some financial assistance along the way, but was misinformed that she'd have financial assistance to help her with first month's rent which was not the case. She was able to secure assistance for the deposit and move in with everything she had saved up on the 15th of this month, but that has left her without her savings to pay December rent. She will be able to cover the rent all except $500, which would be the last she needs to be on track affording rent moving forward.Submitted by: Scott County | Scott County | Yes | 12/03/2024 | Closed - Filled through FISH

Help Now | Rental AssistanceAfter years of battling homelessness, this client has finally overcome multiple barriers in order to get approved for a rental unit. She is on the precipice of finally finding stability, but due to confusion over assistance she's been offered previously, will not have help with first month's rent. This client is working and able to sustain rental payments moving forward but thought she would have help covering first month. This assistance for her would mean a future of housing and stability moving forward. The client was able to move back her move-in date while still holding the unit, and can move in 11/15 with the support of $460.Submitted by: Scott County | Scott County | No | 1731628800 | Closed - Canceled |
