Help Now | Vertigo stricken senior needs $250.00 fix deflated mattressSenior, (66) living on only $1034 a month in Social Security recently became unable to continue driving part-time at her school bus job due to a severe case of vertigo. Despite regular physical therapy to correct this, she still has bouts of dizziness preventing her from taking the chance of driving children. Her rent takes a whopping 93.5% of her income and her savings are being drained fast! She has only a few dollars left and can't afford anything extra. She is getting food stamps (SNAP), Energy Assistance from the CAP Agency and receives Medical Assistance which supplements her Medicare health insurance. When she moved into her apartment, the movers deflated her Sleep Number bed to gain entrance to her apartment and move it easier. Unfortunately, they did not re-inflate it. It will cost $250.00+ per the Sleep Number Store in Eden Prairie to come out and restore it to a proper condition for her to sleep on it. She has been sleeping on her couch for the last year and a half, and it is causing joint discomfort and isn't helping her vertigo. Her doctor said sleeping flat on a bed would be better for her diagnosis. She may need some extra clamps but that will be determined when they make the home visit. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so very much!Submitted by: CAP (Scott-Carver-Dakota) | All Locations | No | 05/31/2025 | ActiveFulfilledOffers

Help Now | Gift Cards for personal needsI am working with a sweet lady who is living in this tiny apartment and barely has anything. She is unemployed and in the process of applying for SSI. I am hoping to get some gift cards to assist her with purchasing some personal hygiene items, household products, and some food for her guinea pig. She is currently using paper towels as tissue, hand washing her laundry with dish detergent. I'm also hoping to help her get a bed frame for her full-sized mattress as she is currently sleeping on the floor and it's affecting her sleep quality and increasing back pain. Help Now | Single father of 5 with barriersThis family has been struggling with many barriers. He recently received full custody of 5 kids with no child support. He had been struggling with car problems while trying to acclimate to the kids schedule which makes it extremely difficult to keep up with work + getting into a new schedule. He's had to quit his job because of car troubles and needs help getting back on track. Recently his car has stopped working and would really appreciate it if there could be financial help to get his car towed to the shop as the first step. Getting the car fixed will help him get back on his feet to stability, getting a job, getting his kids around to school and medical related appointments and the ability to go the store for basic necessities.Submitted by: Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community | Scott County | No | N/A | ActiveFulfilledOffers

Because of his progress, he now has the incredible opportunity to spend the entire spring break with them! However, since he currently lives in a group home, he isn’t able to have his kids stay overnight. We want to get him a hotel for the week so he can make the most of this special time with them. We found a place where they could spend some time together and utilize the swimming pool for $400 for the four nights over spring break.Submitted by: Allos Ministries | All Locations | No | 03/24/2025 | ActiveFulfilledOffers
