Gas leak will be costly!

The smell of gas was detected and after the gas company came to the home it was determined that there was a leak and the gas was shut off. This family now needs to call a plumber to fix the leak. The estimate for the repair is $400.00, which will have to be paid from the families grocery budget for the month. They are currently living with no heat or hot water since the gas has been shut off, and they will not be able to use their furnace and hot water heater until the gas leak has been fixed.

Mother of infant, in need of Van heat repairs

I am currently working with a mom and infant and the heat in her van stopped working. Christian brothers auto in Savage has quoted her $660 (including a 25% discount and a free diagnosis). The funds could get the heat in her van back to working order within the next couple of days. There could be some additional costs if the items on the quote does not fix the heat in the rear of the van.
