The household includes two children with developmental disabilities, making a stable, comfortable, and safe home environment especially critical. At this time, their central AC system is not functioning, and the exact issue is unknown. A licensed HVAC professional is needed to complete an inspection and determine what repairs are necessary to restore adequate cooling in the home.
