Gym Membership
I'm working with a 16-year-old girl who has suffered from depression and anxiety for many years. She is struggling to get to school regularly and connect with others. She was invited to go to the gym with a friend and realized it helped her mental health. The gym year membership is $120 that would help boost her self-esteme.
