I am currently on my road of recovery and working hard to rebuild my life. I’m living in ALLOS sober housing and actively participating in IOP, taking the steps necessary to create a healthier and more stable future for myself. At this point in my recovery, I’m not yet in a place where I can maintain employment due to transportation challenges and the commitments I have to my recovery. Unfortunately, I’m at risk of losing my storage unit if I’m unable to pay the balance by the end of the month. The total amount needed is $468. There are many things in that storage unit, but what matters most to me is being able to save the belongings that belong to my 9-year-old daughter. I’m currently unable to see her consistently, and these are some of the few things I have left from that part of my life. After my recent divorce and everything I’ve been through, losing these belongings would be incredibly painful. I’m not someone who normally asks for help. I’ve always preferred to figure things out on my own, but right now I recognize that asking for support is part of rebuilding my life. If you’re able to contribute any amount, even just a few dollars, it would mean more to me than I can put into words. Help Now	Transportation needs Adult male does not have license or transportation money, he currently has 70 plus days sober and is in treatment, is using his bike to get to work and treatment, however, could really utilize UBER/LYFT card to get to meetings, therapy, sober events not local, work and/or treatment when the weather is inclement, so a card would last him a long time and remove the barrier of transportation. He is living in a sober house, so many people also do not drive, and he is really working on changing his life around, as he recently obtained employment and is working on rebuilding his relationships.
