After 10 plus years of addiction and 2-3 years of homelessness… she finally got housing. On the 1st, she moved into her own place and today she is 50 days clean and actively engaged in treatment. This is what transformation looks like. When she walked into her apartment, she had almost nothing: • no bed • no furniture Now we need help with the final step: - getting off the floor and her air mattress and making her home a home she can be successful staying sober - providing a Walmart gift card so she can purchase basic essentials like towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen items For someone rebuilding their life from the ground up, these “small” things matter deeply.
