This woman is living in an an apartment with her sister, who works during the day, and is gone all day. This woman is isolated and struggling with her medical health issues. Due to Covid 19 restrictions is not able to receive services in person in her home, and she needs to receive assistance for in home support services, to help with homemaking , making appointments, going through her mail, completing paperwork and socialization. This woman has a phone but it doesn't not work and she doesn't have a way of talking to people or calling anyone if she needs anything. She would like a phone or a electronic device so she can receive services virtually until the Covid 19 restrictions are lifted.

UPDATE: MOM AND DAD HAVE BOTH HAD TO QUIT THEIR JOBS TO CARE FOR THE CHILD. NEED $294.59 FOR ELECTRIC BILL - Young boy disabled and has a debilitating disease, and requires 24 hour care. His father is his primary care giver and has to provide care for him day and night. HIs father is the primary provider in the home of 7 His father can not get a job outside of the home and is only paid for 35 hours of services provided to this young boy. The father is having a difficult time providing enough food for the family,& paying the mortgage.

Michelle has an appt at the lift . garage on the 28th of December. But it's parts plus $15 an hour. Michelle will not know what is wrong with her car until they check it out. She does not qualify for food support, due to her daughter being her pca ,but this income counts against the household. MIchelle goes to the food shelf monthly. Michelle needs a birth A birth certificate to get her drivers license renewed for the real ID. is like $40. and she does not have the extra funds for these things.

Bedside table /cleaning supplies /bedding/clothing

this gentleman has daily wound care and needs a bedside table, to set his wound supplies to prevent infection, He needs sanitizing wipes, & lysol to clean the area and table where his medical supplies are being used for wound care.& and foley catheterization.to decrease his risk for infections and future hospitalization. He needs bed sheets & waterproof pads for his hospital bed, since his are falling apart due to incontinence issues and leaking from his foley catheter bag. He needs Mens xl size sweatpants & lounge pants, with no elastic at the bottom, shorts, and tshirts shirts as he has a limited income and does not have the funds to purchase clothing for himself.

Funds to pay monthly utility bill/electric bill

Single disabled woman and her adult daughter need assistance with the fee's to pay electric bill and monthly wash machine and dryer rental. She is unable to get her own equipment to put in the apartment, it has to be provided by the apartment building. It is difficult to take her laundry to the wash machines and dryers in the hallway due to her risk for falls and poor balance. She is on a fixed income and it is difficult to be able to pay her bills and pay these extra fee's each month.
