They have experienced homelessness over the past several years, and are currently in a more stable housing situation. But money is tight, and she requested help with purchasing food for the holidays. A Walmart or Target giftcard could also be helpful as she could buy food and some gifts for the children for Christmas. Help Now	Toilet Bars for Child I am the physical therapist of a 10-year-old boy who has a mobility impairment and is recovering from a recent surgery. He is in need of supportive bars for the toilet in his home. Using these bars at school, he is able to access the bathroom with very little assistance. Unfortunately, at home his walker does not fit into his bathroom, so he is needing to be carried into the bathroom. His father as attempted to acquire the bars on their own, but his efforts have been complicated by the pandemic and because he is Spanish speaking, he has had difficulty finding and purchasing them online. This is an incredibly deserving family. The student and his father are both so thankful for any help they receive and they always follow my recommendations. They live in a second floor townhome and have a long straight staircase off of their main living area which poses substantial risk to their adopted children.
