Hello FISH members, the Healthcare Access Collaborative is again requesting your feedback. As you recall we sent out a survey in September asking you to identity issues you you’re your clients experience while trying to access Medical, Dental or Mental Health care appointments. This second survey drills down further on your identified areas or barriers to accessibility. So please help us again to fill out this survey to guide the work of our group!
