- Focuses on services and programs aimed at helping parents develop skills in managing stress and functioning well when faced with challenges, adversity and trauma. Strategies are rooted in two-generation approaches, with the underlying belief that children and families do better when parents do better.

- Focuses equally and intentionally on services and opportunities for the child and the adults in their lives. Strategies support emotional and economic stability for families across Scott County.
