a cell phone, trac phone or similar ASAP
What Created the need:
19 yo in hospital, homeless, car was towed, was to start new job and ended up in hospital. Most basic need, among other things is a phone to use to make appointments to stay healthy and make further plan and get connected with county services. Social Worker and Care Coordinator at St. Francis are working with him, he will be discharged, Friday 11/20.
