Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Thursday meeting last week! We had an incredibly informative session featuring the Children’s Defense Fund, and we’re grateful for their time and expertise.

They shared in-depth information about their Bridge to Benefits tool, a unique one-stop shop designed to help families increase economic stability. This resource makes it simple to see which programs a family may qualify for, helping children—and their caregivers—thrive. If you missed the presentation, it truly highlighted how easy and impactful it can be to connect families with the support they deserve.
We also want to extend a big thank-you to the Jordan Food Shelf and the Peace Center for providing updates on their food shelves and sharing current trends, needs, and ways the community can stay involved. Your insights are always appreciated!
