What Created the need:
I am working with a single Mom of two children. She is working extremely hard to keep ahead of her bills and hanging in there barely. She works full time and dependent on her vehicle to keep her job. All four tires are at the point where they leak continually, cracked sidewalls and little tread. It’s not a safe situation. Any assistance or ideas greatly appreciated
