UPDATE: STILL NEEDED – We are in need of donations for test strips ($69.99 each) for Diabetes A1C Analyzer in our free clinic in Chaska. Analyzer was funded by Boston Scientific to help address diabetes among Hispanic population in Scott and Carver Counties. Our patients are provided in clinic free diagnostic testing which yields lab results that allows MD/nurses to provide free medications/monitoring to keep diabetes in check.
