What is needed:
I’m a case manager who works with an 18-year-old young man living in Jordan Minnesota. He was born with a very rare condition called Vacteryl Syndrome and Ventricular Septal Defect. My client fully relies on his whole family for support, which is why he is still living at home and they help care for his needs. He just graduated from high school and is now attending Normandale Community College. He was able to get this far with the support of his mother and five siblings. This young man’s father is also supportive, but had a stroke a few months ago and is out of work at this time. His family now needs support because their water heater is broken and needs to be replaced. This is a very big cost for this family of 8 to cover. They are looking for financial help through gift cards to help offset the cost of paying for this.
