Community Updates and Needs

Hello All

We are seeking volunteers for our Bark in the Park event on Saturday, May 14 from 10 am – Noon at Lions Park.

We need volunteers for the following:

Registration – sign people in, hand out bandanas first 200 Dogs.
Bobbing for tennis balls station – dogs can bob for balls and take a tennis ball with them
Biscuit Walk – like musical chairs – except dogs walk with owners in a circle, when music stops, they stand on a number, if number drawn – they win a biscuit cookie.
Dog Confessionals/Selfie Station – assist and encourage owners to take pics with their dogs and make confessions
Raffle – assist with raffle at end of event to hand out prizes to ticketed winners.
