What is needed:
I am a Social Worker at Saint Francis Hospital in Shakopee on the Family Birth Unit. I have a low income mom who delivered her baby and doesn’t have a car seat to transport baby at discharge (nor does she have the funds to purchase one). I am reaching out to a potential resource, but unsure it will work out in the timely manner of discharge. Mom and baby are potentially discharging tomorrow 11/3.
