Help Now	More than 50 families experience homelessness in Scott and Carver Counties on an We are seeking the furniture items needed to help create a comfortable, welcoming environment at our Families Moving Forward (FMF) program center. The FMF program provides overnight shelter at partner congregations for families experiencing homelessness, and families spend their days at our program center doing laundry, taking showers, and working with a family advocate to seek housing and jobs. The specific furniture items we need for our day center space are two couches, two comfy chairs, a small end table, and a small kids? table with chairs. Other items we need are an area rug for children to play on, 16 towel sets (bath towel, hand towel), 16 sets of dishes (plates, bowls, silverware, cups), and Rubbermaid or Tupperware containers.
