She’s behind on her electric bill and now owes $710.63 in past-due charges, plus a $100 reconnect fee, for a total of $810.63 to get her power restored. She’s doing her best to care for her child and move forward, but this heat is making everything even harder. With temperatures expected to be in the high 80s and 90s for the next 5 days, being without electricity puts this family at serious risk.”
