Located just outside of the Twin Cities in the Southwest Metro, The Outpost is built on 32 acres of rolling hills and woodlands providing a beautiful and serene destination close to the cities. The name “The Outpost”, has from the beginning, been a clear picture and description of this ministry’s calling. More than the facilities or any one initiative it is a place where spiritual servants and warriors can come to be healed, restored, trained and supplied for Kingdom service and advancement. A stream in the desert, a place where restoration and equipping of Men and Women of God alike, who are battling on all fronts.
As a Church and Ministry Center, The Outpost is open for public use of our facilities for weddings, intercessory prayer, celebrations, receptions, funerals, food distribution, gatherings, teaching, training, equipping and other ministry related activities. The Outpost Center is here to share the Love of Christ with unbelievers, new believers, and those who have walked with the Lord for days or decades. It exists to serve the needs of the public in creative and compelling ways that draw them into and enhance authentic and vibrant personal relationships with Jesus.
We own the Revive Home which is a missions’ house within 32 beautiful acres of rolling and wooded scenery that makes up The Outpost Center. It is home to women that are participating in a program administered by HIM4her, which helps bridge the gap physically, financially, emotionally and spiritually for women who are ready for a new beginning. The HIM4her program provides accountability and access to a home in a safe environment so these women can truly experience the freedom of a second chance!
We have a flourishing Homeschool Coop that will likely grow into a Hybrid Homeschool in the near future.
We recently purchased Sunny Hill Farm, 68 Acres of historic farmland just west of Cologne. Sunny Hill Farm is being used for Bible teaching and training in the trades. The homesite is our second Home Missions Home and the remainder of the property will be used for teaching, training and equipping others to establish and grow in Biblical knowledge while at the same time learn a trade that can be used for future employment and/or on missions trips to areas of need.
As a church to the churches, we will soon be sharing about a new church at The Outpost starting in spring of 2021.
