The Child and Teen Checkup Program is a free program offered to all children birth through age 20 who are enrolled in Minnesota Medical Assistance. Scott County public health’s role in the program is to inform families enrolled in medical assistance (MA) about the program, assist families with scheduling health appointments and connecting families to resources in the community that include helping families access transportation and interpreter services.
