Heading Home Scott Carver is organized under the 10 year plan to end homelessness in Scott and Carver Counties. Two initiatives that have been organized by Heading Home Scott Carver as strategies to end homelessness are Scott Carver Project Community Connect and Family Promise of Scott and Carver Counties.
