Guild Crisis and Recovery Center – Scott County is a 16-bed facility with two different service lines. One service is our Crisis Residence which provides short term stabilization to clients 18+ in the community who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Crisis clients can stay at our facility for up to 10 days to receive help in managing symptoms, reconnecting to providers, psychoeducation, medication management, etc. Our other service line is Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) where clients 18+ can stay at our facility for up to 90 days. During their stay, clients will engage in mental health treatment, psychoeducation, medication management, independent living skills, and coaching to prepare to go back into the community. Our facility will be opening later this fall and we are excited to bring more mental health services to the Scott County community!
