Blue Plus is a Minnesota licensed Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). We contract with Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide health care coverage for Minnesota Health Care Programs including Prepaid Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Health Options and Minnesota Senior Care Plus. We offer programs that help members coordinate and use their benefits to achieve the best health outcomes possible.
