My name is David Taylor with Harbor’s Helping Hands. We have worked with Habitat A Brus With Kindness on 4 projects in the past. Two of these were roofing where they provided the materials and we provided the labor as no charge (all volunteer but guided by experience construction workers). If you can get the materials we can get the volunteers together. Does this women go to a church? If so we could see if we could get volunteers from there. If she does not go to a church then we could see what churches are in her area and see if we can get volunteers from there.
