As we are all working together do our part in keeping our community safe and healthy, FISH would like to be able to keep our network updated on services being offered and if you have needs that can be met to help facilitate your outreach. We are in need of volunteers to help our Customer Service department at the Scott County Government Center. The county has steps in place for a soft opening, which means residents need to call to schedule appointments for Customer service pertaining to DMV and passport help. Due to the high demand of phones calls we are experiencing at this time, we need volunteers who could help answer phones, and ask some questions to schedule appointments for residents. You will not have any direct face to face contact with the public. We will provide training on our phone/computer system. We need volunteers for Monday – Friday for a minimum of 4 hours a day between 8am – 4:30pm. Please let me know if you are able to help, and what days/hours work best for you. Thank you.
