Dads have a desire to form meaningful bonds with their children. Unfortunately, many fathers face significant obstacles in their role as a parent. Damascus Way has created a fathering program named Destiny Dads, intended to serve and support fathers in Scott County. Destiny Dads will work with fathers to create a new vision of what relationships with their children can look like. Our foundation is built upon hearing your story, having meaningful conversations and accessing helpful information all with the intention of empowering and enriching you as a dad. We invite you to join us in growing as dads who are destined to prosper relationships with your children, impacting generations to come! This is a weekly meeting on Wednesdays. It is time for Southern Valley Alliance’s (SVA) Annual Poinsettia Sale fundraiser! Poinsettias make great client gifts, host gifts, as well as beautiful decoration for your office, lobby, and home. Through your generous order, SVA is able to provide essential domestic violence services in Carver and Scott counties like their 24/7 Crisis Line, Court Advocacy, Support Groups, Safe Housing Partnerships, and Community Education.

• Plants are $25 each and available in your choice of red, pink, or white
• Orders are due by November 1, 2022
• Pick-up and delivery November 21-23, 2022
• Free delivery in Scott and Carver counties on orders of 6+ plants

FISH IS INVITING YOU TO GATHER AND GIVE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON! As we begin to plan for holiday gatherings with family and friends, FISH would like you to reserve an evening the 1st week in November to Gather and Give with great food and a generous spirits of giving. The concept of this evening is to have a great time with your guests and discover and help meet the needs in local community. Through the FISH Partner Network, you will be able to see the local needs and together you will be able to help fill needs posted on our network.
