What caused this need?

When the housing economy went bad, this dad, a realtor by trade, was unable to sell enough homes to provide for his family. He suffered a fairly long bout of depression and they hit a very tough time. Trying to improve their situation, they moved from Becker to Belle Plaine to stay with his father-in-law, only to be told by the landlord that the place did not allow for that many people so this family had to move into the Belle Plaine motel. Dad has been back to work full-time and has 2 promising closings in the works but until that happens, they are in need. Mom tried to work 2nd and 3rd shift jobs but it didn't work well for the kids. The CAP agency was unable to assist as the motel doesn't fall under the "structured lease" guideline they follow. This family doesn't have any other friends or family in the area that can help. This couple has a positive attitude that they can get back on track with this little bit of help to see them through. They are very grateful for any assistance given. If you can help with some portion of the rent, please contact Pastor Mark Johnson at 952-873-6492.
