What caused this need?

We are working with a single mom who has two children that are seven and five. The family has a long history of homelessness and through this experience they have not been able to keep a lot of personal possessions such as clothes/toys. The family has recently become more stable and mom needs help with work clothes and the children need seasonally appropriate clothes. Thank you for any contributions, anything will be helpful.
