I am emailing you all to inform you that we are in the process of seeking interested candidates who would like to be an advisory board member for our Safe Harbor ? Passageways program. The Safe Harbor ? Passageways program opened last September, 2014. Safe Harbor offers shelter, housing, supportive services and mental health services for youth victims of sex exploitation. Passageways is our shelter and housing program which is in the building formerly known as Safe Haven. This program is actively open and serving youth ? shelter side has 6 units ages 13-17 and the housing side has 5 units ages 18-24. We are seeking advisory members to support our staff and programs with outreach, education, advocacy, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, donation drives and so much more. If any of you, or someone you know within your school, work or community, is interested in an advisory member role, please let me know. We have scheduled our first meeting for Wednesday, June 17th from 5:00-6:00 pm at he River Valley YMCA (Conference Room).$0.00 of $0.00
