WATER BILL
I am working with a single mom who was charged a large amount last year on her water bill. It seems something was broken on her meter and the water company refused to work with her on the bill. She continues to make a payment on it but barely makes a dent. This has been a huge burden on her and she feels as if it will never go away. Anything helps take some of the stress off her.
