URGENT! I'm working with a 19-year-old mother of a 3-year-old who recently moved to the area from South Dakota. She's working full-time and has been struggling to pay for her child's daycare. She is applying for child care assistance. She was told that if she doesn't pay the $315 to her daycare by Friday, September 23rd, her child will no longer be able to attend the daycare.
