What caused this need?
This young lady has mental health issues and is currently taking medications that have caused a very significant weight gain. She lives with her mother and younger sister. Her mother is on disability and has a limited income to purchase additional clothes. The lack of appropriate clothing for the weather is impacting this young lady's self esteem.
