I'm working with a 9 year old girl with mental health issues. This young lady is very talented with various performing arts. She tried out (just for fun) for a talent program and was selected to participate in a performance "Launch" in Chicago. This is a national showcase of talents and abilities in front of all the casting agencies in the nation. She is registered to perform in this "Launch" this June. The opportunity to participate in this experience, doing something she loves has had a TREMENDOUS impact on improving her emotional stability. Her depression has reduced, her self esteem has significantly improved and subsequently she has a new realization about how challenging she has been to family and teachers. She is currently registered to do "script reading" however recently it was discovered that she can sing!!! She is fabulous and beams while she is singing. The family would be greatly appreciative if anyone could assist with the $225 registration fee to sing at this Launch.$0.00 of $0.00

What caused this need?
This young lady comes from a single parent household. Her mother has worked very hard to pay for the current registration, required photo shoot and lodging for the event. The family is currently in the process of moving and her mother has no financial means to find the additional money to pay for the registration fee for her daughter to sing at the amazing event.
