What caused this need?
This need was posted in October. My client has been trying to sell items from her home but has not been able to come up with the money needed and now with further time passing and not paying her bills her water and phone have been shut off. She found a job but we were unable to find transportation options to get her to the job so the opportunity was lost. She is working with her land lord to try and come up with a plan.
