What caused this need?
This mother has struggled with chemical dependency in the past and has just graduated successfully from her treatment program and surpassed one year of sobriety. While she was using she ran into financial difficulties and has been slowly making her way out. She is hopeful to pay the $70 back so she can find a full time job and have appropriate child care for her children.
