I am working with a mother who is currently trying to rehabilitate herself through a treatment program. This mother arrived at her treatment facility with only the clothes she is wearing. She is in need of some additional clothing items. I am requesting a gift card of any amount to Kohl's or Wal-Mart so she can buy some necessary items so she can feel confidant about herself and continue to make progress in her treatment needs.Submitted by:

This mother has struggled on and off with chemical dependency and due to her illness has not been able to financially provide for herself or her family. She is currently sober and working very hard on maintaining her sobriety for herself and her children.
