What caused this need?
This mother has been approved for a program working towards getting her license back where there is a monthly fee. Due to being laid off, she cannot pay the monthly fee in January. Fee is $170. Mother continues to make efforts towards securing employment so hopefully Feb fee will be able to be paid.
