What caused this need?
This is a family of 4 (2 school-age boys) and the family has worked hard to move from homelessness, to an extended stay (with kitchenette) and now into an apartment (so that is why the need for housing items is so high now). This mother enjoys cooking (states that cooking and baking is one way in which she feels good about herself which in turn helps the family function. She is hoping to be able to cook and bake more now that she has a kitchen. The family has maintained employment for 8 months and are continuing to make progress on areas of other need.
