What caused this need?

This family with 4 children, 5 and under are struggling to pay their rent. Dad had a full-time job as a laborer until his scoliosis flared up and his doctor placed restrictions on him. He is no longer able to continue to work as a laborer. Dad is working hard to find light duty work. Any help towards their rent would be greatly appreciated!
