What caused this need?

This family is looking to move to Belle Plaine where they have a townhouse lined up to rent. The current townhome they were renting was foreclosed on and the owner told them they need to be out by August 29th. They can afford the townhome in Belle Plaine ongoing, but need assistance with the deposit and 1 month's rent. Dad works full-time, mom stays home with 2 year old. The 2 year old has had 2 heart surgeries so mom cares for her. Mom is due with 2nd child in October but ended up going to the hospital yesterday in early labor. They were able to stop the contractions but it makes it all the more important for them to get into the new place. The specific need is $840 deposit and $840 1 month's rent.
