What caused this need?

This disabled Veteran has a $274 electricity bill due Friday October 16th. She fell behind due to needed car repairs (alternator, tires, battery) this past month. She works full time and needs her car to get to work. She also is caring for her pregnant daughter and three grandchildren who live at her home. She will be able to keep up with the electric bill going forward.
