What caused this need?
This client is a single parent of two and recently took over parenting a nephew. The nephew was being physically abused by his biological mother. This was a voluntary decision; this client does not receive much for finical resources for this extra child. This client works full time, 7 days a week for overtime, attends college part time for a promotion at work, and works hard every day to provide for the children and self. This client uses the vehicle daily for commutes, to and from work, for personal use, and family use. The client was taking each repair at a time in order of importance but the vehicle is becoming unsafe to drive. Any financial support or mechanical work would relieve stress to this parent with all the overwhelming repairs that are needed on the unsafe vehicle.
