What caused this need?

This client has a number of significant health and financial challenges, but the client; his wife; and 2 kids have found that camping is a relatively low-cost and very enjoyable way to enjoy the summer together. They were on a recent camping trip and their old tent essentially disintegrated before their very eyes. It turned out to be quite an adventure. Any help in getting them usable gear would be much appreciated. Mental, physical health, and financial hardships for this client and his family.
