What caused this need?
This a multigenerational family that consists of a mom and dad with their two children under three as well as their parents and adult sibling which all have significant disabilities and health issues. The family is living together to help pay for housing and the other household expenses on their limited incomes. The family has been dealing with major plumbing issues and just regained use of their kitchen sink, but they still do not have use of their bath tub or washing machine.
