I have a client that has complicated medical and mental health issues. She has a nurse that sets up and monitors her medications 2x per week but the nurse feels it would be most helpful for her to transition to seeing her 1x per week and have the medications set up in a MD2 Machine (Medication Dispensing Machine). My client's medical insurance does not pay for this medical equipment. She is on a fixed, low, income and can't afford to purchase the machine with her limited budget. I would like to ask for financial assistance to purchase the machine. The cost is around $120.$0.00 of $0.00

What caused this need?
The visiting nurse feels that it would be helpful to make the transition to this time. The client's Dr. does not want the client to have access to a full week of medications so the nurse is needing to do 2 home visits each week. Having this machine would decrease the need for 2 nurse visits.
