What caused this need?
The septic system is either clogged or in need of being emptied. Toilets cannot be used currently as it causes a back-up into the basement. In the past, an electric snake or emptying of the tank has helped. Mother is unemployed and the father's income is supporting the family of 3. The family is reaching out to the CAP Agency to see what services they can use.
