What caused this need?
The house this family owns has plumbing problems. The pipes freeze every winter and she tried using space heaters this past winter to keep the pipes from freezing. It worked however her electric bills were more than she could afford. This mom is a hard worker and tries to get by without asking for assistance, but she is too far behind on this bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
