What caused this need?
The family includes a mother and her three children ages 9, 5, 3. They became homeless this month and have a long history of trying to overcome mental illness, domestic violence and now homelessness. The mother was not able to pay for the membership this month because of having to pay for a hotel to live in. She would really appreciate the ability to get herself and her children out of the room for a couple hours.
